Tune-ups

$115 for a gas furnace or AC. Check and calibrate efficiency, clean the equipment, and test and inspect all components. Furnace tune-ups include a safety inspection of all safety switches and hazardous conditions. AC tune-ups check refrigerant levels and leaks.

Repair calls

One-time $115 diagnostic. No hourly charges — the final cost depends on the repair. You'll know the price of the repair before we start. No heat in January? We handle urgent repairs after hours and on weekends.

Even after hours, someone takes your call and we get your details right away.
